New in 2021: UltraPract PG with AC factor
The ultimate enzyme formulation for optimized fermentation with combined use of farm manure and problem substrates
The noticeable climate change has had a significant impact on biomass quality and availability in recent harvest years. In many places, this required significant changes to the substrate mixtures and adjustments to plant operation. The use of additives, especially enzymes, is no longer an exception, but is becoming routine in order to ensure carefree and economical plant operation.
Against this background, repeated suggestions from the field provided the impetus for the new development of UltraPract PG*.
Why is there a need for a new enzyme product?
The increasing proportion of manure in the substrate mix is now often accompanied by the use of cereal GPS, grass silage and other feedstocks that are difficult to ferment. Based on several years of practical experience with the performance-enhancing products of the UltraPract series and the reliability of the proven MethaPract biogas enzymes, it was obvious to develop a product that combines the strengths of both product lines. The main challenge was to find a formulation that would guarantee the stability and synergistic effect of the enzyme activities with the proven enzymatic AC factor.
With the new development UltraPract PG, a product is now available that ensures the efficiency of fermentation while simultaneously improving the viscosity of the fermentation substrate, even with difficult starting materials.
UltraPract PG with AC factor – optimum effect, sustainable efficiency!
