telephone, fax and e-mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Name of the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We collect this data directly and exclusively from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. for what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your data?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We process your data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG n.F.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your personal data is collected and processed in order to establish our own contractual relationship between you and us.\nThe legal basis for this is Art. 6 para.  1 lit. b GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to be informed about the business activities of our company, we process your personal data (name, telephone number, e-mail address, address, customer number) for advertising and information purposes.\nThis personal data is processed on the basis of your consent.\nThe legal basis for this is Art. 6 para.   1 lit. a GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation, in particular a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR as the legal basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR as the legal basis for processing (e.g. defense in legal disputes, enforcement of claims, it to fulfill our contractual obligations, i.e. who are entrusted with the contractual processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We pass on your data to recipients outside our company (in this case Biopract GmbH) stored?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your data will only be processed and stored for as long as it is necessary for the processing purpose defined under 3.\nInsofar as legal requirements exist, these
