allows us to assess the effectiveness of enzyme products. <\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-10\">We identify the conditions (e.g., pH or temperature) under which enzymes are most active and test their stability in individual formulations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-10\">Our focus is on the class of hydrolases, which break down long-chain molecules into smaller fragments through hydrolytic cleavage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n reliably detected in complex matrices such as feed mixtures or dietary supplements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-10\">This poses an analytical challenge, as colored, cloudy, or viscous media\u2014as well as inhibitors, endogenous enzyme activities, and low dosages\u2014can make accurate measurement difficult.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-10\">Reliable detection in such matrices requires optimized protocols and
