Die eingesetzten Substrate umfassen Maissilage, Grassilage, Ganzpflanzensilage (GPS), Zuckerr\u00fcben, H\u00fchnermist, HTK und Rinderg\u00fclle. Das Ziel ist es, die Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit der Substrate zu verbessern, die R\u00fchrzeiten zu optimieren und den Substrataufschluss zu steigern, um Substrate zu sparen. Die Substrate bestehen aus Energiepflanzen, Schweineg\u00fclle, Rindermist und Pferdemist. Ziel war es, den Einsatz von Wirtschaftsd\u00fcngern zu erh\u00f6hen und gleichzeitig den Anteil an Energiepflanzen deutlich zu senken. Das Ergebnis: T\u00e4glich werden 1,5 Tonnen organische Trockensubstanz (oTS) mehr an Wirtschaftsd\u00fcngern und 3,1 Tonnen oTS weniger an Energiepflanzen eingesetzt. Verwendete Substrate sind Energiepflanzen, Rinderg\u00fclle und Rindermist. Ziel war es, den Anteil der Energiepflanzen zu reduzieren und Schwimmschichten zu vermeiden, ohne die Leistung zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen. Nach vier Monaten wurde eine Reduktion des Energiepflanzenanteils um etwa 17 % erreicht. Letztlich wurde UltraSweep C4 gew\u00e4hlt, da es den Gasverlust durch Fermenterdach\u00f6ffnung vermeidet und deutlich g\u00fcnstiger ist. Mit angepasster R\u00fchrwerkssteuerung und verringertem F\u00fctterungsaufwand wurde die Sinkschicht in 6 Wochen beseitigt, wobei unvergorenes Substrat genutzt wurde. Die Anlage f\u00fcttert haupts\u00e4chlich Maissilage und Rinderg\u00fclle. Nach dem Einsatz ineffektiver Anti-Schaummittel entschied sich der Betreiber nach Beratung f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/biopract.de\/product\/ultrasweep-c4-e2\/\">UltraSweep E2<\/a>. \u00dcber 14 Tage wurden t\u00e4glich 3,5 kg UltraSweep E2 pro Fermenter dosiert, gefolgt von einer t\u00e4glichen Gabe von 2 kg. Der Schaum verringerte sich deutlich, seine Beschaffenheit ver\u00e4nderte sich und verschwand schlie\u00dflich durch eine Temperaturerh\u00f6hung.
