&#8211; this is the headline of the article in <strong>issue 5.2017 of JOULE<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIt begins with the statement that the costs of optimizing the biogas process must always be compared with the benefits. <\/p>\n<p>And the use of <strong>enzyme-based process accelerators<\/strong> is a good choice here.<br \/>\nA measurable improvement in substrate utilization was already achieved with first-generation enzymes.<br \/>\nWith <strong>UltraPract P2<\/strong>, the <strong>second-generation enzyme product<\/strong>, this good result could be considerably improved again.<br \/>\nThe JOULE article describes in detail a <strong>practical trial in a biogas plant<\/strong> (nominal output 1,200 kW).<br \/>\n <strong>UltraPract P2<\/strong> <strong>improved the efficiency of the test plant by 11%<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThanks to a calculation model developed by Biopract, the optimization potential of biogas plants of other designs, different operating modes and different substrate inputs can also be evaluated when using <strong>UltraPract P2<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThe conclusion of the JOULE editors is:      <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With the new <strong>UltraPract P2 product<\/strong>, Biopract is introducing a leap in quality in terms of <strong>increased efficiency<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/biopract.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/BPR-joule-05-17-der-schluessel-fuer-die-wirtschaftlichkeit.pdf\" target=\"\" class=\"group relative z-10 inline-flex items-center h-30 md:h-38 lg:h-48 pl-40 md:pl-48 lg:pl-58 pr-20 md:pr-26 lg:pr-32 md:text-xl text-lg font-semibold text-green-light hover:text-white transition\">\n    <span class=\"absolute top-0 left-0 -z-10 flex items-center shrink-0 h-full w-30 md:w-38 lg:w-48 group-hover:w-full pl-8 md:pl-12 lg:pl-14 bg-green-light transition-all\"><svg class=\"size-16 lg:size-20 fill-white\"><use href=\"https:\/\/www.biopract.de\/wp-content\/themes\/biopract\/assets\/images\/sprite.svg?ver=1.2.2#arrow-right\"><\/use><\/svg><\/span>\n    to the technical article\n<\/a>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;The key to profitability&#8221;
