ViscoPract was specifically developed to dissolve solid layers and break down water-binding polymers during the digestion of plant-based problem substrates. Its enzyme activity profiles are tailored to degrade various structural substances.

How It’s Tested

To assess the effectiveness of ViscoPract in reducing viscosity, original samples are taken directly from the fermenter. One sample is left untreated to serve as a control, while others are treated with ViscoPract and with conventional first-generation enzymes from other suppliers.

After a defined reaction period, all samples are poured onto a sloped channel, where their flow behavior is carefully observed and documented. The results clearly demonstrate the superior performance of ViscoPract.
