Our enzymatic problem solvers for removing floating and sinking layers stabilize the fermentation process and enable optimum utilization of the organic matter.
ViscoPract was specially developed to dissolve solid layers and to break down water-binding polymers when fermenting problematic plant substrates. The enzyme activity profiles are particularly adapted to the degradation of different skeletal substances.
Extensive laboratory and practical studies show a convincing effect in the biogas process with the best temperature stability and pH tolerance.
ViscoPract attacks substrates that are difficult to decompose at several points and thus simultaneously increases both the flow behavior of the liquid phase of the fermentation medium and the gliding behavior of the fibers.
ViscoPract reduces viscosity, improves stirring properties and stabilizes the fermentation process.
The suitability of ViscoPract for reducing viscosity is tested: Original fermenter samples are taken. No enzymatic additive is added to a control sample. ViscoPract and common 1st generation enzymes (e.g. competitor products) are added to the other samples.
After a predefined exposure time, all samples are applied to an inclined rail and the development of flowability is documented. The result speaks for itself!
