MethaPract products are specially formulated for biogas plants that primarily use renewable raw materials. Designed specifically for this application, the enzymes act both in the liquid phase and on solid substrate components.
 

Thanks to a broad enzyme activity profile, MethaPract breaks down plant cell wall structures, making the primary energy source – cellulose – more readily available to fermenter bacteria. This significantly increases biogas yield.

 

In addition, water-binding hemicelluloses are broken down, which reduces the viscosity in the fermenter.
 

This improves the stirring efficiency by smoothing surface structures. All enzymatic effects help prevent floating and sinking layers, making daily plant operation easier.
