Ammonium interferes with your bacteria?
Our zeolite-based nitrogen binder leads to a reduction of ammonium nitrogen in the fermenter. Pollutants such as heavy metals and hydrogen sulphide are also bound.
The finely ground and thermally activated rock flour zeolite stabilizes the biological process and frees the methane-forming microorganisms from inhibiting metabolic products.

Effectively bind hydrogen sulphide in the fermenter?
Hydrogen sulphide (H₂S) is produced during the anaerobic fermentation of sulphur-containing molecules.
Our iron oxide for reducing hydrogen sulphide can be added directly to the fermenter. The product is a cost-effective alternative to conventional desulphurization processes and binds hydrogen sulphide directly in the fermenter. The over 60 % reactive iron content and the optimized particle size guarantee maximum efficiency.
